Softball: Kendra Kassonie

Kendra Kassonie started playing softball when she was nine years old, after watching her dad play in league for a few years.  She has succeeded on the field but also in the classroom and is currently second in her class- just behind another Wendy’s High School Heisman recipient and classmate, Collin O’Kane.

One of her hobbies is music and she has played the violin for nine years.

One major achievement during her time playing softball for Wake Christian Academy was winning a State Championship last year.

Women’s Basketball: Kathryn Fogartie

Ever since Kathryn Fogartie started playing soccer when she was two-years old, it was obvious that she was going to be a great athlete.  In seventh grade Kathryn became a three-sport athlete and has excelled in soccer, basketball and volleyball ever since.  She has been selected as All-Conference in all three sports during her time at Ravenscroft and is most proud of her All-State recognition received in volleyball.

Soccer is Kathryn’s favorite sport and she believes it comes naturally.
